I spent my career in government IT - programmer, development manager, project manager, and Scrum practitioner. Project management offices barely existed back then, so I didn't just manage projects. I lived the entire delivery lifecycle: idea, requirements, design, build, testing, integration, delivery.

Somewhere along the way I realized what I actually do:

I take ideas and turn them into profitable systems.

Two years before I took early retirement from state government, I started my consulting business. I didn't sell myself as a project manager - I used those skills to build something bigger: a business growth system for people ready to reinvent themselves for their next chapter.
