I spent a full career in government IT, then used those exact skills to build a consulting business - two years before I retired. That's the move I now help experienced professionals make for themselves.

My story

What I actually do - and how I found it.

I spent my career in government IT — programmer, development manager, project manager, and Scrum practitioner. Because project management offices weren't common when I was building my career, I often managed the work myself and became deeply involved in the full delivery lifecycle.

I learned how to take an idea and move it through the entire system: requirements, design, technical design, testing, integration, and delivery.

Somewhere along the way, I realized what I actually do:

I take ideas and turn them into profitable systems.

Two years before taking early retirement from state government, I started my consulting business. I leveraged my skills to build something bigger — a business growth system for people who are ready to reinvent themselves for their next chapter.

The Mission

After decades in corporate or government, too many talented people are told their only option is to sell their experience back to an employer - one shrinking job at a time. I don't believe that. My mission is to help experienced professionals see that the skills they already have are the raw material of a business they can own, and to give them the system to build it.
