I spent my career in government IT - programmer, development manager, project manager and Scrum practitioner. Project management offices barely existed back then, so I didn't just manage projects. I lived the entire delivery lifecycle: idea, requirements, design, build, testing, integration, delivery.

Somewhere along the way I realized what I actually do:
